Building on the success of last year’s rebranding, Aircoach has launched a new campaign theme “We’ll get you there”. The line reinforces the superior quality and reliable service. You can rely on it, it’s almost there to support you on your journey – wherever you want to go, be it to a match, down to Galway for a weekend or a college lecture. You can trust Aircoach to get you there, safely, reliably, and with a smile on your face. With this concept, we wanted to put the focus on the customer, making “you” the most prominent part of the headline. The theme runs across their various social media platforms plus POS and print.

AIRCOACH Brand Identity
Aircoach, with its iconic blue coaches, have been operating for over 20 years, and it was felt the brand identity needed a refresh. The existing Aircoach palette of light blue and orange were retained for continuity, complemented by the introduction of a deeper navy blue. This creates an engaging contrast and is also an allusion to the colours of the sky, tying into Aircoach’s connection to both the airport and the 24 hours service offered – light blue for morning/day-time, and deeper navy blue for evening/night-time.
AIRCOACH 24 Hour Transport People
The new Aircoach student campaign focuses on its 24-hour service. Students have busy lives 24/7, so the concept is based on the tagline – Your day never stops. Neither do we. The POS features students in four different scenarios. The images have a rotoscoped rendering which gives them a contemporary look and feel. The campaign is being showcased on POS, print, digital and social media. The campaign was devised to run around freshers week in UCC and Queens University.
AIRCOACH Lose the Paper. Not the ticket
Aircoach has launched their new Mobile Ticketing App. This enables passengers to book their Aircoach tickets from anywhere. The campaign theme of ‘Lose the Paper. Not the Ticket’ promotes a more consumer-friendly approach to booking using app technology as well as giving a more environmentally friendly message by reducing paper waste. The campaign features on airport signage, bus backs, digital and social media platforms.

Also this year, Aircoach branded the front of their coaches with a red nose and antlers which was designed for use over the December and Christmas Holiday period.

Aircoach Frequent Flyer
48 and 6 sheet posters were developed for Aircoach with a campaign line of ‘Frequent Flyer’. The creative was developed to showcase the frequency of journeys from Belfast and Cork to Dublin Airport by Aircoach. The visual shows a coach travelling at speed using a time-lapse technique to give it additional impact. The image was shot by Irish photographer Paddy McGrath who specialises in auto photography. The campaign was also used at T1 and T2 using more targetted headlines like Belfaster, Quicklee and Dubl Quick to reinforce its intercity routes.
