The man on the Dutch Gold can has become something of an iconic character, but as it’d been 20 years since he first appeared, we felt it was high time we gave him a little added personality. Working with Marvel artist Will Sliney we developed a series of illustrations for use across packaging, online and POS to add some extra dimensions to Dutch. We also developed a typographic logo to complement the character’s new, heroic visage.
Hüfi Do It Your Way
Comans Beverages launched a new Lower Calorie, Gluten Free beer in Spring 2016. Hüfi was developed to compete in the light Beer sector. The packaging was designed to capture the freshness and coolness of the Alps along with the red and blue colour palette that reflects its Swiss heritage where it derived its name. It was supported by in-store POS and a social media campaign to promote the brand.
Dutch Gold Dam Good Beer
Dutch Gold has been a well-known beer brand in Ireland since the 1990s. Comans beverages commissioned Marketing Network to freshen up the existing can livery placing more emphasis on the sailor character which had been part of the brand design since its inception. We developed a print/digital campaign to help promote the brand in-store.
Druids Taste the Magic
Comans Beverages commissioned Marketing Network to redesign their existing packaging and present a more contemporary design but still retaining the integrity of the original can. We developed a campaign to promote the product in-store. A POS campaign under the theme of Divine Inspiration was developed to gain further reach for the brand.
